Mission:
- to plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences for all pupils
- to prepare the teaching environment, whether inside or outside a classroom, for meaningful class activities
- to provide a variety of learning materials and resources

Requirement:
- A good degree from an established university
- PGCE or QTS or worked two years in teaching/related experience
- Ability to inspire pupils with a love of learning
- Ability to stretch and develop the most able pupils, whilst also ensuring that the English curriculum remains accessible to all
- Willingness to contribute to all aspects of school life
- Strong personal-relations and team-working skills
- Ability to use ICT to enhance learning
- Good administrative and organisational abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to understand the needs, challenges and opportunities of an international school community
- Rigorous can-do attitude
- A positive team player with a sense of humour
Package:
Salary: 20000＋ rmb per month （Negotiable）
